The Company

In 1993 I was having a home built in Fuquay-Varina, NC and knew the best time to put wires in the walls was before the sheet rock went up. As with most homes being constructed there are many choices. While wanting a good capable communication system of wires in the walls, cost was (and should always be) a concern. With several touted systems on the market, all required an installation specialist and most had proprietary modules. Additionally, specialized "data jacks" were configured for specific electronic network standards, which do change. Considering all this, with the help, persistence and generosity of many others, the InCon Solution was born. A generic structured wiring system which requires no special tools and easily adaptable to any residential communication service.

My home was complete and the wiring system was a success. In the realization of the need for a reliable but simple structured communication wiring system specifically designed for the residential market, InCon was founded in 1995 as Innovative Connectors, LLC. The local builder, Phil Williams, who built my home, considers the InCon System a standard part of all his homes. Since the company formation in 1995 there has been no in the field failures or quality issues.

Our main growth to the residential market has been in the Manufactured Housing area, however we have product in all types of residential dwellings. The InCon line is installed and working throughout the US in; Manufactured Homes, Modular Homes, Conventionally Built Homes (all price ranges), Apartments, Town Houses and even a few Hotels.
